Long Story Short I installed Linux on my hard drive by deleting the recovery partition, So when I did a fresh install of XP, none of my drivers are here, and I can not use WiFi. the only icon in the tray is a security alert Windows, so please do not tell me to go. Where can I get the need for wifi drivers working, I checked on the Dell site and no they worked, thank you.
